This is going to be appreciated even more if I could buy the DA Print of it. Or, with your permission, out on my color printer. I can't even describe what I think.... Good shot my friend, good shot...
Whoa... I usually hate to leave meaningly comments, but I gotta tell you... this one really hit me hard too... I need a few days to think about it though. I'll be back with a better response in a few days... Really strong imagery... is the foundling being killed with overbearing affection?? Almost sexual kissing of tha babies toes seem to suggest that the affection showed to the child is inappropriate... it's such a tabboo image... and then the blood on the wall... like the child is a sacrifice... a blessing and a sacrifice... whoa dude... like I said, I'm sure my comments are unintelligable at this point, but I will be back.
I never thought dead children could be a turn on for me, but I find this disturbingly erotic. This is balancing very close to the edge, if you know what I mean.. I like that.
This is very disturbing. I know you wrote this awhile ago and probably won't see this comment, but damn. I think the blood needs work to make it more realistic, but....dear lord. What did they do, smash it's head against the wall a bunch of times and then adore it? Creepy and weird. Who does the child represent to you? Or what does it represent to you? Incredible work, though.
Very creepy...
Holds so many social taboos in it...
Wow, I don't know what to say...on the thumbnail, it appeared such a nice, tame image, and now look at this!
Very, very good work. It's disturbing to look at...but so well done, and I think that was your point.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example.
